Support for the SchoolAdcote has an active and enthusiastic Parents' Staff Association (APSA) which complements the close knit family atmosphere of the school. A regular newsletter keeps parents up-to-date with news of various activities and functions throughout the year. APSA supports the school in a range of different ways, organising social events, helping out at school events such as Open Mornings, and of course raising funds for specific projects. Recently APSA purchased large round tables to use at functions in the Great Hall, along with new, more comfortable chairs and a new PA system. They have also provided a refrigerated salad bar for the dining room. APSA events also assist the girls in their continued support of Goodwill children's homes in Southern India . |
