ADCOTE YOUNGSTERS' AID FOR OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Girls in Adcote's Junior School have been busy preparing shoe boxes filled with gifts for Operation Christmas Child.
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations all over the world - whether they are war refugees, survivors of a natural disaster or victims of extreme poverty.
Ann Ravenscroft-Jones (Head of Adcote Juniors) told us, "This worthwhile project provides an ideal opportunity for children of all ages do something for those who are less fortunate than themselves. As well as sending a selection of toys and games some of the girls have also enjoyed writing their own special message to the child who will receive their present."
