ADCOTE GIRLS' GYMNASTICS SUCCESS
Gymnasts from Adcote School recently added to their already significant record of impressive performances.
At this month's Shropshire Senior Schools' Competition Adcote's Under 13s were worthy winners of the team silver medal.
But it isn't just the older girls who are continuing to make their mark. There is strength and depth in the junior team too as 8 year old Gabrielle Brisbourne proved by winning an individual bronze in the Shropshire Primary Schools' competition.
Originally founded in 1907, Adcote is one of the few schools in the region to include gymnastics for both Junior and Senior girls achieving a consistent record of success in area as well as local competitions where the girls compete in individual as well as team events.
