Summer School Success

Posted: 4th October 2016

Many of our new international students arrived early for a six-week summer school.
As part of a full programme of activities, they were introduced to key vocabulary in specific subjects.
Graham Carter, Adcote’s Head of Langugages, said: “Sixteen students have been working hard to prepare as thoroughly as possible for the new school year.
“Don’t feel too sorry for them, though! They’ve been riding across the beautiful Shropshire countryside on quad bikes, ice-skating, cycling around lake Vyrnwy and, of course, doing plenty of shopping whilst taking in the culture in Shrewsbury, Birmingham, Liverpool and Ludlow.
“Welcome to Adcote girls, we hope you have a fabulous time here continuing your hard work over the years to come!”
